Clearwater started back in 2009 as just a window cleaners using the, then new, technology – The reach and wash purified water-fed pole systems. Now presently to comply with the ever changing Health & Safety regulations and requirements, we have embarked on an ongoing strategy of Health & Safety, equipment operation and COSHH training to obtain both individual and company certification and accreditation.
This allowed us to swiftly progress into Clearwater becoming one of the best specialist commercial, domestic cleaning companies in Kent and facilities management. A one stop shop for all.
We are fully insured and checkatrade registered. We also belong to Safe Contractor and have Constructionline membership.
All operational staff have CSCS cards and IPAF licenses. Basically, we have someone within the company with relevant training and accreditation to cover all aspects of our jobs and contracts.
The cherry on the cake is that we own all our specialised equipment, from our new fully customized multipurpose vans offering the very latest enhanced softwash system using environmentally friendly cleaning products which are biodegradable for the majority of our tasks, to the new arrival, our new tipper vehicle to help with rubbish clearance and delivery of materials. Finally, lets not forget our very own MEWPs (cherry pickers) which help keep the costs down on those high-rise jobs.
