This session, led by Dr. Victoria Bakare (MBBS MRCGP DOccMed) and the Kent Family Medical team, is designed to empower managers with tools to support workplace health effectively.


About Dr. Victoria Bakare (MBBS MRCGP DOccMed)

Dr Victoria Bakare is a dedicated and compassionate GP who brings a wealth of expertise to her practice, serving both private and NHS patients across South East London and Kent. Known for her warm and personable approach, Dr Bakare is deeply committed to improving her patients’ health and quality of life. Her special interests include sexual health, musculoskeletal health, and promoting wellbeing in the workplace; reflecting her holistic approach to patient care.

She graduated from King’s College London in 2017 and is currently undertaking an Executive MBA in Health at University College London. She has completed the Diploma course in Occupational Medicine at the Royal Society of Public Health.
