Ray Johnson

Ray is an entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is also an ambassador for the environment and freeman of WCI.

He most recently worked at the Independent Insurance Services which is an award-winning company where he dealt with all insurers and arranged cover for any types of risk.

He specialised in all types of insurance including; personal, commercial and financial.

Ray has been on the Board of Directors for the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce for many years and Chairs the East Kent Economic Development Group.


Lindsey Biggs

Lindsey is the Chief Business Officer at East Kent Colleges Group. The Group delivers technical and vocational skills training for more than 13,000 learners every year, serving the whole of East Kent’s community.

Her role sees her leading the strategic development, relevance and quality of employer engagement activities across the area, ensuring that students have meaningful interactions with employers. She also takes the strategic lead for collaborations with businesses to help them innovate their own working practices.

With 22 years’ experience of working across a variety of roles in further education Lindsey is passionate about working collaboratively with employers, enabling them to navigate the education landscape and understand how they can access the next generation of talent for their workforce, and realise the wider benefits of working alongside further education providers across Kent and Medway.


Tudor Price

A skilled business leader within both the private and public sector. Proven operational and contract delivery experience with broad commercial expertise in all corporate functions.

Experienced Chairperson and facilitator at national and regional level representing cross sector engagement.

Tudor is currently the Chief Executive of the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce.
