The First Aid Team

At The First Aid Team we teach people to save lives; a simple, and somewhat grandiose statement, yet a very true one as First Aiders save lives on a daily basis. First Aid is a life skill and you are far more likely to have to deal with something significant in your immediate family and friends than you are with something in the workplace.

We offer the full range of regulated First Aid courses including the popular one-day Emergency First Aid at Work and 3-day First Aid at Work and can teach these at your own premises or at one of our regular, open courses in Hastings, Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells.

Mental Health issues are very common with 1 in 4 of us suffering from Mental Health problems at some point in our life. This has only been made worse by the pandemic and Mental Health First Aid is very much part of the First Aid suite that all businesses should be considering; the Health & Safety at Work Act specifies the employer’s duty to consider the physical and mental health of all their employees.

We offer Mental Health First Aid courses which can be held at your premises or taught on-line via Zoom.

For those in the Road Haulage or coaching sectors we are a JAUPT approved centre for the delivery of Driver CPC courses most of which can be taught via Zoom.

We operate throughout the UK so if you have multiple sites then we can accommodate your needs.
