Price Whitehead are an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors providing Surveying, Design, Planning Consultancy and valuation services across Kent and East Sussex.
DESIGN – We offer a full architectural design service. Our design portfolio is extremely varied. Larger commissions include residential developments, substantial equestrian training complexes, and commercial horticultural business premises. On the smaller more personal side we have designed a tree house for a client as well as deluxe toilet facilities for an outside yard! Commissions have also included garden rooms and internal alterations to listed buildings.
RESIDENTIAL – Perhaps your idea is for a modest addition to your own property or a reconfiguration of the present accommodation. You may have a listed building that needs refurbishment, or land that could be suitable for a new build. We have received approval for contemporary and traditional extensions to period and listed buildings, and won design awards for new housing developments.
AGRICULTURE – If you need to expand your general purpose storage and workshop capacity or reconfigure your buildings to best suit modern farming needs we have designed for small farms and small holdings and large estates alike. You may have a redundant buildings that provide diversification prospect for additional letting income, on farm processing or to provide residential accommodation. We have designed holiday cottages on farm, farm offices and other commercial enterprise, new build and conversion, glamping enterprises, residential dwellings including staff accommodation, cheese and meat processing facilities and many more unique schemes for clients.
EQUESTRIAN – Maybe your dream is to have your own arena or provide a stable building for a much loved animal. We design small and large equestrian buildings for clients, whether for a single pony or significant complex. We have also design indoor and outdoor arena’s for a variety of users including disabled riders and quarter horse training.
PLANNING

We prepare and submit schemes for all types of planning applications including listed buildings, pre-applications, householder, full or outline applications, and discharge of planning conditions, providing all the documentation required by Local Planning Authorities in each case.

SURVEYS
We provide Geospatial, topographical and measured surveys for all manner of sites, from gardens and boundary matters to new development sites, and for landscape architects. We also provide RICS Surveys.
