“It was such a pleasure working with Dr Rosie Gilderthorp on putting together recent a line manager focus session on Family Support Leave and supporting working parents and carers at Bloomsbury Publishing.

As well as some recent statutory changes to policies in this area, we as a business have put together some new family-friendly company policies and wanted to provide a session designed for line managers which would provide an overview of these new polices, but also show line managers how they could complement them by understanding the proactive support they could offer.
