Invicta IP is the intellectual property consultancy of Paul Kemp CPA, EPA, a Patent Attorney and Designs Attorney. Paul is fully qualified, with over 30 years’ experience in the profession and he is a Fellow of CIPA (the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys). All intellectual property matters are handled by Paul. He identifies patentable inventions, drafts patent specifications, prepares formal drawings, assists and advises throughout the application process and beyond, providing services relating to IP protection in other territories, particularly Europe, in his role as a Representative of the EPI.

Paul registers designs, provides general IP advice and services to protect your IP, including management of oppositions, appeals and infringements.

He works with his partner Diane who handles non-IP matters so that Paul can focus on the outcome for the client. Costs for these legal services vary according to level of complexity but our goal is to keep these reasonable.

Paul was very informative in explaining the patent application process to us during our initial consultations (the preliminary phone call and in-person meeting). He has a very broad knowledge of patent law and was able to make everything very easy to understand. He worked with us in a collaborative manner to develop the patent application.

He has also been very helpful in pointing us in the right direction for seeking funding. Both Diane and Paul have been very supportive of our product; furthermore, the return of all paperwork to us (patent drafts, invoice remittances) has been very prompt.
