Do you want to highlight your expertise in the construction industry? Join us at the Kent Construction Focus Group meeting at the Village Hotel, where the popular “Member Presentations” are making a return. Hear from Mark Coxon, Director at Caxtons, as he discusses the Kent Property Market Report – a respected and unique source of property research and insights in the UK. Mark will present an updated version of the key findings from the 33rd edition, which was launched on 6th November.

Guest Speaker: Mark Coxon, Director, Caxtons

Mark studied for an Estate Management degree at the University of Greenwich and trained with Matthews and Goodman in London before becoming a Partner at Cushman and Wakefield dealing with industrial distribution/logistics throughout the UK.

Mark joined Caxtons in June 2009 as Director and Head of Commercial Agency and has successfully grown the commercial agency department, which is now one of the leading agencies covering Kent and south east London. Caxtons have for many years been one of the producers of the Kent Property Market Report, alongside KCC and Locate in Kent, and Mark is the author of the property sectors.

This event is your platform to share your invaluable experiences. We’ll start the “members presentation” section with a presentation from our previous winner, Wayne Wright of W Square International LLP, who will demonstrate their work and achievements. Following Wayne’s presentation, we’ll open the floor to six other KCFG members to share their projects and impacts within the construction sector. Presenters will have 3 minutes to engage the audience with their insights. The audience will vote for the best presentation, and the winner will be honoured with a bottle of champagne and an opportunity to speak at an upcoming KCFG event.

The Kent Construction Focus Group (KCFG) is a one-stop-shop for local businesses to discuss the future of Kent development, giving companies access to local knowledge, expertise, and contracts. KCFG promotes the future role of Kent land development and construction businesses in the growth and development of Kent and its environment.
