University of Kent hosts its annual Human Resources Conference 2020 sponsored by HR GO recruitment, part of the Kent Human Resources Network. Tickets are on sale for this virtual event taking place on the 20th November 2020.

The Kent HR Network, sponsored by HR GO, is an initiative focused on facilitating knowledge exchange between the academic community at the University of Kent and HR professionals, both locally and nationally.

Part of the Network is the opportunity to attend this year’s HR Conference, which, focuses on Employee Engagement and Productivity. This annual event brings together HR professionals from the University and surrounding community to discuss best practice, new ways of engaging with employees and the challenges posed by the current Covid-19 pandemic.

The 2020 annual HR Conference will address both staff engagement and productivity in context to both Brexit and the COVID-19 pandemic. This digital event will provide HR professionals with insight from academic expertise present at the University of Kent, whilst also listening to diverse group of industry experts.
