Founded in 2013, The Property Lifeboat is a local family run business based near Ashford in Kent, that is active in three major sectors of the property market: Buying, Developing and Letting.

We purchase residential, commercial or mixed use properties. Our focus is on providing certainty for the seller and creating a win-win situation for both parties. We then repair, renovate, refurbish and/or further develop or convert these properties as necessary, to create high quality, lettable residential and commercial units. We are active in a wide range of sectors and our aim is to offer quality rental property at an affordable price for local people. We also purchase development land and sites with or without planning consent. Where land doesn’t have planning consent, we can work with the landowner to promote their land to the local authority
