Bookings will remain open until the event itself, but please note that if you book with less than 24 hours to go, your name won’t be on the “List of Attendees” or the “Signing in Sheet” and you won’t have a “Name Badge” on arrival.

You must be based in Kent and In the Construction Industry to attend. Those that book to attend that do not fit this criteria will be contacted and a joining link will not be given/a refund issued.
The Kent Construction Focus Group (KCFG) is a one-stop-shop for local businesses to discuss the future of Kent development, giving companies access to local knowledge, expertise and contracts. KCFG promotes the future role of Kent land development and construction businesses in the growth and development of Kent and its environment.
This months speakers;
John Foster, Otterpool Park LLP
John Foster is the Economic Development Manager for Otterpool Park LLP.
John has over 25 years’ experience in local government working in the fields of economic development, planning, housing development, and regeneration.
He is passionate about creating ‘great places’ and designing strategies to create the right conditions for economic growth, working in partnership, and levering additional external resources to deliver positive change.
Lindsey Biggs, EKC Group
As Executive Director of Employer Engagement at EKC Group, Lindsey is responsible for creating and nurturing strong relationships with the Group’s business partners.
Through her work, she provides a plenitude of learning opportunities for students, as well as apprenticeships and post-College destinations.
Lindsey’s role is key to our vision of being champions of the community, collaborating with businesses to enhance the socio-economic status of Kent.
David Smith, South East Consortium
David has been in the Social Housing Construction Sector for 13 years, leading new business teams in both an SME facades contractor and a National Tier 1. For the last 3 years he has led SEC’s partnership programmes.
His team drives forward a range of initiatives on influencing solutions for the sectors future, including our PROSPECTs training and development work and events.
Last year SEC trained 600 public sector staff. This year they are looking at ways to support and develop skills and knowledge in the supply chain.
